I hate my hands!!! I’ve always been one of those girls with big fingers and wide palms, that always have hanging skin. These wonderful people did AMAZING on my nails. I was sad to see so many bad reviews with such a great experience. I was so relaxed I almost fell asleep while she was filing them. Friendly staff that called as soon as a space was free. My nieces were both so happy to join me. I will 100% only use them now many blessings to my nail tech you did beautiful honey

We drove an hour and a half to have breakfast here. I absolutely loved the entire vibe of the restaurant the decor and what not was so warm and comfortable and clean. We sat outside and had a beautiful view of the lake. The food was literally on point! It’s not cheap, but it was good. I wish they did mimosas before 10 AM but I think that might be a law..it was worth it either way.

Critical:Professionalism,Quality,ValueHorrible experience. I’ve been here before and never had an issue like I had today. It started with one of my nails after she put the tip on it was badly crooked and I asked her to fix it 3 times before she ever dipped it, and I was just ignored but she did have the decency to talk about me to the other techs when I got upset as several of them looked up at me and laughed. So now at this point I’m already upset. But I just ignore it and try to get it finished. I got a dipped powder set which cost 35 I added tips so I know it’s 5 more so I always pay 40. I always get two colors but no design. Always been charged the same. Well I got 3 colors today and was charged 5 dollars extra per color which I have never in my life been charged for and I have always done.so she tried to charge me 50. When I asked the lady who checked me out why I was charged 50 she told me 5 for the tips which I New and then she didn’t even know why I was charged the rest and had to ask the nail tech who did my nails. You would think if that was normal the main lady would have known considering she was looking at my nails. Then she tried to justify it. She knocked 5 dollars off and expected me to be happy about it. I paid but will never be back. I don’t appreciate the rudeness and unprofessional attitude of the tech. Then the blatantly getting ripped off. I am going to attach pictures of how badly my nails were done as well. Worst I have ever had. Horrible experience. I’ve been here before and never had an issue like I had today. Finally my search for an amazing nail salon is over in the area. This place was not only efficient but the hostess made sure you know how long the wait was and when you were next. I walked in today for a jelly pedicure. Nana was amazing. Not only was professional but she was gentle, kind and deserved every cent ! I have been from the east coast to the west coast and this is THE place. Clean, comfortable affordable. Treat yourself for some great self care you won’t be disappointed.

4 years ago i would have given a solid 4, 5 even, nicest crew. As of yesterday, i wont even set foot back in there. My daughter and i frequently get our nails done or feet done here. Its been awhile, as i work a lot. We decided to go get 2 full sets on 12/15/22. The process was smooth until everyone that worked there started to get ready to leave (its 12 noon) they were leaving because they didn’t have a lot of customers because of the snow. So we were rushed from that point on. My daughter is 8 and she had gotten short round nails with red and white paint, ($50) and i had gotten short square with red polish ($45). Total of $95. So they had told me i needed to go use ATM because they shut down there Register already, So i did i took out what i owed a tip and paid the $3.50 the machine charges. I pay. They speak in there language to each other and then proceed to tell me the TIP i gave was sales tax and that i needed to tip. I was completely appalled. Never have i ever heard of such a thing, they literally started a scene and pretended like they didn’t understand and i had enough at this point i told them i wasn’t going back to the ATM to get charged to use the ATM for another 20 bucks (23.50). They used my card to charge another $21 dollars for a tip. $1 for using there system, they closed down before customers were out. I at the time didn’t even have time to process what had just happened and my daughter was standing there just as confused as i was. Needless to say these people include there tip in the bill and then ask a mandatory tip and god forbid its not what they expect because they rush you out because there not making money. I WILL NEVER SET FOOT HERE AGAIN, be warned. I maybe contacting the BBB, This place needs to be shut down.

I tend to take my godchild here just because this is the place she picks but we’ve had issues multiple times. I’ve witnessed the woman who works upfront be rude to other customers on top of me personally being asked multiple times to leave a tip even if I’m not the one getting my nails done. Giving more than one star just because the woman who does my godchild’s nails does a good job but the lady who works upfront is very rude. We’re going to start going somewhere else after todays experience.

I have gone here for over two years. I used to brag about it to everyone & recommended it to so many people. Sadly, I cannot say that anymore. Twice now, the top coat and top layer of color has peeled away from the base gel layer of color. It is clearly a problem with the way it’s being painted on. I’ve gone in before to have chips or cracks fixed that I’ve created, but these two times, it’s been a faulty manicure. This last time, the employee was very short and snippy with me and would not take accountability for the botched job. I expressed to her that I’ve been in before to fix things that were my mistake, but these were not. She simply would not consider it. She told me they’ve fixed my nails too many times and to go somewhere else. This customer service was so poor, and if they have two manicures of two different gel colors… done by the same manicurist… that peels. Something is wrong. My manicure just before this one lasted 2.5 weeks because the manicurist was so good and thorough. Needless to say, I won’t be doing business here anymore, and I will no longer recommend them to anyone & this is a shame because I was a devoted customer.

11:20 Sunday~Tried to get my nails done as walk in. Was told one hour, they took my number to call me when I could come back. I received call at 2:00pm. Very unorganized to say the least. They do a decent job but their time management and client management needs improvement.

My daughter Asked for coffin shape she got almond. The guy kept burning her finger with the file. My other asked for almond got a cross between coffin and almond, I asked for almond shape I don’t know what this shape is. I will not return!

I will never come here again, the prices were very high and the customer service up front was terrible, for the prices paid you would think better service, very rushed and very dirty, they should clean the station after each person, they do not, the nail dryer is so dirty at every station and the dust from the aryclic nails is horrible, they continue to ask for tips after being paid with a card and the tip was put on the card, they surrounded our group after being paid and was asking for more tips, even thou the tips were already put on the card and paid for, then my daughter’s nails were rushed because after they surrounded us and acted like they didn’t get a tip, held my daughter’s card and refused to give it back even though she showed them repeatedly the money was taken out of the bank because their machine did not print a receipt, how they can work in dirty conditions like this is beyond me, I will never come here again and will gladly do business elsewhere, be very careful going here, they do not clean any of their equipment and it looks like that could cause who knows what type of infections, I will never recommend this place to anyone
